A coach is a personal consultant who helps you overcome difficulties and achieve ambitious goals. A coaching path is particularly useful when you want to make changes in your life or when you feel stuck in an unsatisfactory situation.

A coach does not carry out prevention or treatment regarding diseases and discomforts, does not have an interpretative approach and does not make a diagnosis. It supports the client to recognize his thought patterns to activate all internal resources and to achieve a specific goal.
